The summary:
The film is based off the true story of how Ray Kroc, a salesman struggling to make a living, met the men that opened the first MacDonald’s and claims the company from them, setting it on the course to become the billion dollar empire it is today.

An example of problem solving and creativity in the movie Is when the powdered milkshakes are introduced. This new idea would save thousands of dollars in each restaurant. We see a great example of problem solving through creativity as Ray is meeting with someone to discuss buying the land the restaurants sit on and will be built on, this would save the company a lot of money and ultimately give him a lot of powerful leverage against the brothers.
Ray solves the challenge of how he is going to expand the company when he comes to the solution of franchising. After we see him being denied by the brothers Ray goes on to franchise the business, giving him a greater hold on it and helping to expand it rapidly.
The McDonald brothers show a brilliant display of creativity as they solve the problem of the long wait for food. They work closely with their staff to design a layout and system that allows them to produce burgers at a record

Ray displays all the qualities; he is risk taking, innovative, motivated, competitive and creative. The brothers also display good entrepreneurial skills but were just not quite as risk taking and driven as Ray.

Conflict management:
Conflict management is the process of resolving a problem or conflict in the company using methods that will achieve results that equally benefit both sides. These methods include; avoidance, collaboration, compromise and accommodation.
In the film, there is very little evidence of positive conflict management and resolution. In the movie, we see that the brothers and Ray compromise and agree as they initially set out Rays contract. Ray does not like to resolve conflict fairly, he does what is best for him and expels the other party he conflicts with. When his wife does not support him, he moves fast to divorce her. When the brothers don’t co-operate with his fast-moving ad big plans for the franchise, he steals the company away from

Finally, focusing on results brings a cohesive leadership together like nothing else.…

Furthermore, to achieve predictability, a rationalized society emphasizes discipline, order, routine, and consistency operations. Which in return offers control over the situation or people. A disadvantage of McDonaldization would be the quality of the product, because fast-food restaurants simplify products. For example, instead of using healthier food, the company will buy the cheapest food to cook faster meals.…
