Critical Element 1 Law Enforcement
David was consonantly at the bottom end of cases assigned in the district. Sense the month of May except in two month the District Ranger had more cases assigned to him than David did and during those months David only had one more case in one month and three more in another month. The District Rangers job requires him to be out of the field at least 70% more than a field ranger. We also had a new hirer in the district that arrived on site in the middle of July she has had more cases assigned to her during that time than David has. If this trend continues of not conducting Law Enforcement and criminal interdiction, I will be forced to give a rating of Minimally successful or Unsatisfactory.

Critical Element 3 Emergency Services, EMS SAR, Fire Incident Management
David utilizes his fitness time.
David is one of my top employees for recognizing unsafe practices and facilities.
David keeps me very well informed of incidents.
David completes all training in required time frames.
David maintains his EMS equipment in a state of readiness and is responsible for all the AED’s in the District.
David ensures that visitors are given a safety message when he contacts them.
Critical Element 4 Resource Education
David’s Knowledge of the resources and willingness to educate, interpret , and inform the visitors of the resources is at a level that is better than most of the interpretation staff on the Parkway.
David monitors and reports back any and all issues with Special Use Permits.
Critical Element 5 Collateral duties AED’s and EMS supplies
David completes his inventory of AED’s an EMS supplies in a timely manner.
David worked on way to get the O2 bottles filled and Hydro tested this year, he did this without being asked to do this.
David always kept me informed of what was going on with the AED’s and EMS
