Criminal Justice Department Goals

The main motive for conducting the assessment plan is to investigate whether or not the goals of the criminal justice department are being met. A thorough search is needed on the materials as well as some data used in communication, direction, and evaluation and improvement in the organization. Everything that the criminal justice departments have been posting on social media and websites coupled with detailed information on their strategies, policies and directives will also be reviewed (Gollenia, 2016). The current objectives of the department will lead me on previous history on whether it has been achieving its goals before and if not what are some of the factors that have been limiting the organization from attaining their objectives. The main reason of coming up with the framework will be to aid be in knowing who to interview and what are the questions I will be asking the participants. The strategic plan that I intend to apply entails structured as well as systematic interview that would involve employees in different managerial posts in the criminal justice departments. The reasoning behind collecting data from the workers that occupy managerial post is because they tend to have a wide experience on objectives of criminal justice department. In reference to observations that will be made on this survey, it would be evident that managers in the criminal justice department always have a significant role of accomplishing goals of criminal justice department. The interview will commence by asking the perception of managers on some of the factors that thought to be heightened to increase their ability of achieving the goals in the department. Stojkovic, Kalinich and Klofas (2015) augments that in the criminal justice department any form of information concerning an issue at hand are treated with the strictness they deserve.
