You can visit many numerals farms and orchards that are located just out of the city. Most of the farms and orchards are free to visit, but some like the Iowa Arboretum cost a small fee. Ames has a nice size mall called The North Grand Mall. They have an assortment of stores inside like JC Penneys, At&t, Kohl’s, Great Clips, Jimmy John’s, and etc. ("Attractions & Entertainment.").
