Under further analysis, I have identified the following unit topics: credibility, self-awareness, empowerment, risk-taking/change/creativity, and servant leadership relevant to this assignment. Each of which will be discussed further below.
Credibility
Caldwell et al. (2010) have used Mayer’s 1995 work to define loyalty as trustworthiness that is “a subjective perception interpreted by each party and is measured on a continuum that assesses the ability, benevolence, and integrity of the party to be trusted” (p. 500, para 3). When you feel competence and confidence, you are more likely to take leaps into the unknown to challenge yourselves. As a result, you are more inclined to take responsibility for your actions, and this help builds on your already established core values as individuals. As mentioned previously, one of my core value is to be accountable, and that mean doing what I said I would do. If I am viewed as someone that can be relied on, then that would increase my competency level and more responsibility will come my way. Consequently, inspires other to take a risk and venture out into the

According to Northouse (2012), servant leaders put followers first, empower them, and help them develop their full personal capacity. Servant leaders build strong relationships with others by giving followers the support they need, involving them in decisions, and building a sense of…

I wasn 't always able to find the correct answers to the workshop questions set which made it relatively difficult for me to participate in lectures despite finding myself at the library every other day. I began by listening to knowledge based lectures online and making notes alongside the recommended reading given by my lecturers or the module guide.…
