It is the next morning. Aldrich and Danny woke up early to start their next adventure at sunrise. Both got a big breakfast with scrambled eggs, blueberry pancakes and a glass of milk to get energy for a long day. “Ready to go?”, asks Aldrich his friend. Danny answers, “Yea, it looks like an auspicious day.” They go outside. Aldrich: “Wow, I think we got five more inches snow over night. I hope we gonna find the right trail.” After one hour walking through the snow there is a fork in the road. The signs look old and you can barely read the names of the streets. Aldrich and Danny look at each other, wondering which way they have to go. Danny says: “The name of the trail we have to go is Lake Trail, but I can#t read the signs.” Aldrich says not …show more content…
The snow gets higher and higher and every step is harder. Denny looks abject: “Aldrich, I need to rest. My legs are tired from walking in the high snow and I can't feel my hands anymore.” Aldrich trys to placate Danny: “ See, over there is a little cabin and I cann see lights in the windows. Lets go over there and ask if we can rest a little bit.” They knock at the door and a lady of middle age opens the door. “Hey, how can I help you?”, does she ask in a decorous manner. Arrived at the hotel, they pack all their stuff for the flight to Spain the next morning and go to bed. It is early in the morning, the airport is crowded and Danny and Aldrich try to find their gate. The line is long, so they have to wait for a little while until they can check in and go on the plane to Spain. Arrived in Alicante, a little city near the ocean, Aldrich and Danny are overwhelmed by the heat. They just came from one of the coldest country in Europe and now they have 90 degrees in the south. The friends are heading to their hotel and than to the beach to explore the area. Danny is delighted by the people snorkelling in the crystal clear water, he says: “Wow, that is what I wanna do tomorrow. I bet you can see a bunch of fish in these waters.” Aldrich: “You are right, the clear water is perfect for snorkelling. We gonna do it tomorrow.” Danny and Aldrich spend the rest of the day at the aesthetic beach, enjoying the sun and the water. The next day they borrow diving equipment and go snorkelling. Their guide is a martinet, but he has to be like this, because he has a great responsibility for a large group of poeple and the environment. “Hey Aldrich, can you see this prodigious fish over there ?
