Holeo walks through a long, gloomy corridor. He reaches the the end and he takes a torch on the wall; whispering quietly.
HOLEO

Father Olius stands and walks closer to the light.

What are you doing here, son?
HOLEO
There is no time to explain. We need to go out now.
Holeo opens the cell's door; Father Olius walks out.
HOLEO (CONT'D)
Where is the monk, father?
FATHER OLIUS
He was with me and they took him out. I don't know where he is.
They both run through the corridor and they see the monk lying on the ground covered in blood and ripped from clothes.
Holeo walks closer to the monk to examine his body.

Int. solonius's house - day
A rooster crows from the back barn.
Solonius washes his face from a small wooden-made washbasin. He raises his head up to the sky, his eyes closed, as water drips from his face to his neck.
He walks along a narrow corridor and enters the kitchen.
He smiles to his wife UPHILIA, 30, slim; beautiful young woman with long frizzy black hair, while she looks busy preparing breakfast.
His son, ULIUS, 6, skinny, with long curly brownish hair, plays with a wooden sword in the kitchen.
Hard, continuous knocking from the front door of the house breaks their affable mood. Uphilia looks terrified and she holds her son.
UPHILIA
Who comes at this time?
SOLONIUS
I don't know! I will check that
