DATE & TIME:
Monday, April 11, 2016 time of incident was approximately at 08:30 a.m.

INFORMATION:
On the above date and time, I Officer Stone, pulled into the Davison Municipal parking lot and observed a white Lincoln with a green top parked in the marked reserved parking for the 67th District Court. Detective Skellenger made an announcement in the courtroom for the vehicle to be moved. After further investigation it was discover that Charles Holland, a black male, was the owner of the white Lincoln. Mr. Holland was at court for traffic offences and one of the offences was for driving while his license was suspended.

Manchester. She advised me that she observed an older black male park the white Lincoln in the marked reserved parking spaces and walk to the north of the building toward the entrance. Ms. Manchester wasn’t able to tell me the entrance to the parking lot that the white Lincoln used.

LEIN / SOS/NCIC QUERY:
A LEIN / SOS/ NCIC query showed that Mr. Holland has had three prior convictions for driving on a suspended license. The date of the last suspension was 10/19/2015 out of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department. Mr. Holland did not have any wants or warrants.
A LEIN / SOS/ NCIC of the vehicle’s VIN number, 1LNLM81W2SY751474, showed that the vehicle was a 1995 Lincoln four door and did not have a plate registered to it. The owner was a Charles Douglas Holland of 2220 Mallery St. Flint, MI. 48504. The vehicle was clear with no wants, but did have several 904c holds, the last 904c hold was 02/03/2016 There was a paper plate in the back window of the vehicle it was removed and replace with a paper plate from the City of Davison Police Department.

ARRESTED:
Mr. Holland was remanded to the Genesee County Jail by Judge Manley of the 67th District
