Cosmetology has changed drastically since it first came about, from Egyptian times to the 21st century. Cosmetology goes way back into the Egyptian era. The Egyptians made makeup out of, minerals, berries, and insects. It was said that the Egyptians wore this makeup on their eyes, lips, and skin. (History of cosmetology). During the Renaissance, it was this time where cosmetology was modernized. The men and women took pride in being well put together and groomed.
