Last year I took a short vacation to Miami and I discover a new culture in the little havana. While I was walking trough the colorful neighborhood a bold aroma filled my senses and I discover the best coffee I ever tested cortadito. I promptly fell in love with this cuban tasteful coffee. However, when I come back to school I realized that I was expending a lot of money on coffee every morning. I used to expend almost $30 dollars every month on Lattes, so I decided to make my own coffee. Since I loved cortaditos I decided to make this as my morning coffee. The coffee is brewed in less than five minutes 2. Also it will have a stronger flavor and aroma B. The cost of making it will be less because the pot is totally inexpensive 1. You can buy the italian espresso maker in an outlet like Ross 2. The price of it is less than ten dollars
II. The next thing you will need is fresh ingredients because those will make a great difference on flavor. A. You can pick your favorite blend or buy a spanish blend. 1. Cafe Bustelo is the favorite coffee for cubans. 2. However, I usually buy a spanish blend from Sprouts because is cheaper. 3. You have to fill the middle part of the coffee pot with three tablespoon of coffee B. Cortadito is a really sweet and strong coffee 1. You will need two tablespoon of white sugar. 2. You need to place the sugar on the bottom of the cup before adding the boiling coffee C. You will also need condensed milk because the flavor is richer than regular milk or cream 1. Moreover, a can of milk is less than a dollar 2. You will need to put similar parts of coffee and milk
III. The last thing you will need is cold water. A. You will need to add the water into the bottom part of the coffee pot B. Then the final step is to close espresso
