Wisdom and Knowledge: Thinking of new ways to do things is a crucial part of who you are. You are never content with doing something the conventional way if a better way is possible. You value judgment, critical thinking, and open-mindedness. Thinking things through and examining them from all sides are important aspects of who you are. Listening. Learn to pay attention and demonstrate to others that that I value what they have to say. Use active listening, open-ended questions, body language, and eliminate distractions that get in the way of my ability to listen.I need to build relationships with my staff, versus simply being their ‘boss.’ I would like to set up weekly team building sessions with my staff, which may include coffee breaks or luncheons.
