Usha and Manoj, 1) I am currently actively pushing to move both suites at your property at 2090 Sugarloaf Parkway. a) Second Floor 1,250 SF suite: As far as the second floor space (1,250 SF) is concerned, I continue to receive and come across rather "random" inquiries and prospects, but none of them appear truly substantive or qualified. And these prospects simply do not exhibit overt professionalism. Although there has been various sorts of inquiries, as an example, a few days ago, I've received an inquiry from a prospect stating that he is just starting out a general contracting business (less than a year in operation) and says he is interested in a lease not more than 12 months. For an identical space like yours elsewhere, I would've have probably already leased it to a small professional, but reliable tenants such as a small CPA, single person operation attorney with an assistant or two, insurance agency that is reliable, psychologist who have been in practice for some time, etc, etc., etc.,, but many of the prospects that I have run to in this neighborhood (and continue to come across) are prospects in an "unproven" business and/or lacks any traceable history within one particular industry.…

Consequently, it is essential to renovate your bathroom if you experience problems when showering or after using it. Some common bathroom issues that need immediate action include leaking water to the floor just below it and small size such that you can hardly move around comfortably. However, it is essential to work with a professional contractor so as to successfully transform your nasty, old-dated bathroom into a luxurious, warm and inviting spa.…

To: Richard Ramirez and Juan Carlos Gutierrez For the last 6 months, we have been complaining to you to complete the job. COMMERCIAL LAW Student number: 1400547; Word count:2,173 words The Sale of Goods Act 1979 is a consolidation of the 1893 act and subsequent legislation which places numerous legal obligations on business sellers apart from the agreed express contractual terms. These terms, although not expressly provided for in the contract are fictionally ‘incorporated’ into the contract for consumer protection and also because the contract does not make any commercial sense without them, they are referred to as implied terms. The statutory implied terms that concern sale of goods are embedded in section 13-15 of the 1979 act and in practice do not affect each other like in Arcos Ltd v E A Ronaasen & Son where the goods were of satisfactory quality and fit…
