Continuous spinal anesthesia (CSA) is one of the most useful, and reliable techniques in both obstetric and non-obstetric populations allowing dose titration of local anesthetic and decreasing the risk of high spinal blockade [5]. However CSA is still unpopular among anesthetists because the incidence of its possible complications including PDPH and neurological impairment remains controversial [6].
