A day after the mass killing at a church in Sutherland Springs, Tex., a conspiracy-theory video suggesting the shooter’s motives popped up as one of the top search results on YouTube. The video, which was listed under “Top News,” touted unsubstantiated claims about the gunman, Devin Patrick Kelley, suggesting he may have been paid to kill the churchgoers and that media organizations are conspiring to push for gun-control measures.
