The Conscientization was sophisticated as a tool to enhance the quality of learning in English as Second Language (ESL) nursing students (Starkey, 2015). In the United States, there are many students coming from other countries to study baccalaureate and master, but the most of them need to study English language course because this language is a second language for them. We need to talk about nursing science because this branch of medicine is very essential in the United States, and many students desire to study master and to develop their experience and skills about their major. Also, they have to face ESL and non ESL students at the same time and that will be not easy for them. To discover new methods about that factor and impacts on the faculty member during the study, there was a theory method to use and to focus on the basic of the philosophy to discover that critical factor in effect on the faculty member and especially teaching English as second language nursing students. This study was taken in different schools of nursing in the some areas in the United States, and it did some interviews and collect some information from nurse faculty and after that its check that data and analyze it. There were used that sample theory and group interview and focus on that sample and categories and investigate all that interviews and ideas. During those interviews the theory was developed and also level of education. The theory was successes and that experiment was work and obtain on the facilitate learning. The theory was proof increase teaching English as a second language for nursing students is very necessary until students who has an opportunity in success and improve their experience or skills. In my opinion, the second language sometimes is difficult for nurse educator and also for students because the faculty member who is looking for new methods to teach their students and improve their experience. Also, student sometimes needs to present some important things about a subject
