Students will be able to identify the strengths of the We The People… experience and identify areas for improvement. Students will complete a self-evaluation and reflection for the simulation. Students will write a thank you letter to the judges that explains what they gained from the experience.

This is important not just for the learning process but for the students’ academic confidence. Having students look back over the last two weeks and see how much they grew in a short amount of time is a powerful thing for students to experience. It is important that students thank the judges because this strengthens the bond between classroom and community that was created during the simulation. Also, teachers may need those judges again next year.
