It’s possible to make a concrete difference especially when important decision are to be made in cases of fulfilling multiple roles of a single principal and fulfilling a single role of several principals. However, these are both in-role conflicts of interests. Conflicts of interests will most likely occur where the distinctions of these role are not well explained. The first step will involve identification of the aims and duties of the organization. These are to be associated with its capability to meet the minimum acceptable standards of performance of the identified responsibilities. The second step is considering structural factors. This will involve checking the representation of the minor and major stakeholders and also involve them in decision making processes. Finally, the last step is being accountable for their employees and any decision they take. This shows sense of responsibility within the organization and therefore attaining the set goals will be easy. Also, open dialogues need to be allowed for people to express their concerns and any requirements they need for their work. Such ways will help prevent occurrence of
