Aside from utilizing statistics to describe the distribution of population health, I was also taught how to apply statistics to community health program evaluations. In HLTH391, we utilized quantitative and qualitative survey measures to determine if we reached our set objectives and goals of the health fair. The grant proposal assignment in HLTH490 also required the class to apply statistic and research methods to determine outcome and impact evaluation of the program they were seeking funding for.
