• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 package soft tofu
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon fine black salt (to taste)
• 1 tablespoon arrowroot
• 1/2 cup chickpea flour
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Ingredients for the Filling:
1. Fresh black pepper (to taste)
2. 4 cups sliced white mushrooms
3. 3 tablespoons of fresh thyme (chopped)
4. 2 tablespoons of olive oil
5. 2 garlic cloves
6. 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (chopped)
7. Salt (to taste)

Directions
1. In a food processor, add chopped garlic, nutritional yeast, soft tofu, salt, turmeric and olive oil; puree until smooth.
2. Add arrowroot and chickpea flour
