At Jiu Jitsu, there are different belt colors(Aka ranks) that show the technique level of a person. There are two clubs at my Jiu Jitsu gym, one is black belt club and the other is Leadership. Black Belt Club is a club for the kids who or focused on learning more advanced techniques. Leadership is a group of kids who show that they understand the lower rank Jiu Jitsu skills and work well with kids so they want to teach and help other students. Both of these clubs are very exclusive, to put it in perspective there are about 300 students at my gym and only about 30 get into Black Belt club and about 15 get into Leadership. You get into these clubs by being invited. I am in both of these clubs and have worked very hard to strengthen my teaching skill by making my voice louder, working on presenting to a big group, and helping to explain an idea to a younger child. Every kid in leadership goes to a meeting every other Thursday to work on our teamwork and teaching skills. During our meetings, we work together to help strengthen each other's teaching
