Many film adaptations have been made to William Shakespeare’s plays. Two notable adaptations are from Franco Zefirelli and Baz Luhrmann, who both turned The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet to a film. Franco Zefirelli’s version was made in 1968 and Baz Luhrmann’s version was made in 1996.
