Room 422- Zaentz: Originally checked into room 532. Mrs. Zaentz, called the front desk to express her dissatisfaction with the room. Graham, offered them a room move to 301 which he had them view before deciding. Unfortunately it was still not to their satisfaction. We offered them room 422 and informed them of the switch from a king bed to a two queen. Mrs. Zaentz, again expressed her frustration and asked for an adjustment on the room rate. I took $50 off and they also elected to move to room 422. I called up to the room and Mr. Zaentz said they were much happier.

Room 608- Kirchoffer: Would like a Sunday Portland Press delivered in the morning.
