Cote d'Ivoire and the United States of America
The United States of America is the most developed country in the world located on the continent of North America while Cote d'Ivoire is an African country located in West Africa. These two countries are not the same by their way of living, their climate and also their area. These differences lead us to ask the following question: what are the differences between these two countries? First of all, we will talk about the differences in the climate and weather and then show how these countries celebrate their national day.

Cote d'Ivoire and America have both some events that marked their country and they celebrate each year. The Independence Day in Cote d'Ivoire is the seventh of august while for America it is the fourth of July which means the end of the colonisation of these countries. In America, there are many events like veteran day to thank all the veterans . They celebrate this event each eleventh November. There is also Halloween a party with disguises and decoration and Martin Luther King Day which is a holiday marking the birth of this great black American who fought against the inequality between white and black people. Thanksgiving Day is celebrated the day after fourth Thursday in November to thank God through prayer . There are others events in America but these are the main events. For the Ivorian there are the Labour Day may first for all workers, the Felix Houphouet Boigny day which is an important day for this country to celebrate the anniversary of the death of the first president of Cote d'Ivoire and also the father of this nation .
