Demetri reported that his father told him many things to tell the evaluator. He indicated that his father wanted him to tell the evaluator what happened over the summer while they in JEI (tutoring center). Demetri reported that his mother would pick up him and his sister on Wednesday and Friday (he is not sure of days). Demetri reported one day his mother came to pick them up and his sister did not want to go, he indicated that she does not love our mother. Demetri reports that Thekli tells him this. The child reported that his sister did not want to leave with them, he indicated that his mother pulled Thekli by the arm into the car. Demetri stated that the mother stated that she was going to teach Thekli a lesson by locking “us” in the care and demanding that Thekli say “sorry” for not wanting to go with his mother. Demetri stated that there was no air conditioning in the car while they were sitting and talking. The child stated that told his mother to take them home and her response was “F-off”, he stated that he feels it was wrong for his mother to curse.
