“Who created the world?” “When was it created?” “How was it created?” These are a few questions asked by people around the world. There are several beliefs on how the world was created. Some believe the biblical creation, while others believe the Greek creation. Even though they are different creations with different stories, they still have a few similarities. In the biblical creation and the Greek creation, they both believe in a god or gods that created the world, and they believe that the world evolved in a course of events, but they both have different stories of how the world was formed and they believe in different god/s.

In the biblical creation, God created things in a chronological order. He did things successively in a span of seven days. In the bible, God started the first day by creating light, quoting Genesis 1:3 as God said “Let there be light.”. On the second day, God created the sky and the sea, which can be found in Genesis 1:6-8. On the third day, He created land and vegetation. This continued until the seventh day when He finished creating the world. In the creation of the Greeks’ the events in chronological order is present as the gods came one by one. First came Chronos, then came Erebus, and so on. Each event occurred individually which also prolonged the duration of the world being made.
These two creations are believed by many all around the world. They also have differences that tell each other apart.
