Transformational leaders make employees go beyond their self-interest. It provides followers with a vision and motivates them to accomplish their goals. There are four main characteristics in these leaders: charisma, inspiration, intellect, and individualized consideration. Charisma allows leaders to instill pride and respect on her followers. Inspiration allows for expressing high importance purposes in simple ways. Intellect promotes intelligence and careful problem solving. Individualized consideration gives personal attention to all followers and makes them feel unique. Transformational leadership, as it names suggests, transforms followers into the best they can be. These leaders are amazing!
