Taking the entire advantages of diversity in SABB is not without its obstacles. The main problem to be discussed and analyzed in the report is strictly relevant to communication, and culture differences and language specifically. Perceptual, cultural and language obstacles are needed to be surmounted for diversity programs to be effective at workplace. Unproductive communication leads to perplexity, lack of cooperation, and low confidence.
