Common Core Curriculum Failure To Understand Human Nature

I agree that the Common Core curriculum fails to understand human nature. It seems to me that the government wants to have control over the education of students not only to assess their knowledge but also to be able to compare our students to other nations. This curriculum only caters to one group of children, usually those who like math and sciences and ignore the rest. The error is that not all students like the same subjects. I feel like it neglects those kids who want to learn art and other stuff not related or less similar to math or science.

The government forgets to adjust to these kids’ desires. Students and teachers accommodate what the government wants. I don’t blame the states that stop adopting the curriculum because I would also
