I believe I am the most qualified cadet for the position of Commanding Officer. Over the past three years of being in this unit, I have shown immense dedication to our unit, the teams I participate in, and also dedication to my fellows cadets. Over this past year, I have grown as leader and feel more confident as a result. During my time as a Platoon commander, I ran into some struggles along the way but maintained a good attitude about it and did not let it affect my leadership capabilities.
