However, I truly apologize for the inconvenience that you and your family had to experience. As you might know customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we would do anything in our power to keep costumers satisfied and pleased.
As far as your concern, we had to relocate you to a different hotel due to an overbook which rarely happens. Untorturable, last week our system was down and we had to face so many problems.
