Colon Cancer Research Paper

Colon cancer is a type of cancer that attacks the large intestine walls or the lower part of your digestive system. Colon cancer usually attacks in the sides or in the innermost layer part of the large intestine and then it starts to grow. At first colon cancer is detected; small and then it progressively get bigger and bigger. One of the worst things about colon cancer is that you can not really detect it because there are no symptoms whatsoever, if colon cancer symptoms are detected it is most likely that the cancer is already probably at stage three or four. When symptoms are detected the symptoms are rectal bleeding and blood in the stool there is also abdominal pain there is also a change your bowel routine like you can get diarrhea, constipation and it can last for days and another symptom is weakness. Colon cancer is very dangerous because when detected it might be too late and when the symptoms are detected you can be in stage three or four cancer.

There are four stages in colon cancer there is stage zero, stage one stage two and stage three.
