The goals I try to achieve these 2 years are to be able to pay for my college education by applying to scholarships and receiving financial aid. Obtaining as much help as I can to pay for my education is crucial to me because I know that college is expensive and the tuition of UCLA is so high. Now I have a part time job in the Sacramento City College Library. In addition, because I am a California resident, I can receive the Federal Pell Grant, which will give me $2900 each semester to support my education. I also qualify for the BOG fee wavier, which will cover my tuition. I join the EOPS, an organization to help student academically and financially. It will give $400 to buy the textbooks.
