Interviewer: Sure. Can you tell me a little bit about your working relationship with the other Peer Specialist? Do you think you and that person had effective e collaborative working relationship?

Interviewee: Yeah.

Interviewer: What do you think contributed to the effectiveness of that relationship?

Interviewee: Sometimes some people are good at one thing, and other people are good at another. The skill to hone in on what you are good at and be able to use that to help the company as a whole. So, helping the team, we could do it more better and effortlessly and get it done with the precision that is needs to be.

Interviewee: I know, once or twice a week, we would have meetings about what was going on and what we needed to improve on and do better in.

Interviewer: Who were in those meetings, all staff?

Interviewee: All staff.

Interviewer: The whole organization?

Interviewee: Yes ma’am.

Interviewer: I think that is it, unless you remember what kind of trainings you were able to do while you were there.

Interviewee: I did the NAMI trainings.
Interviewer: Okay. All right, is there anything else that you want to talk about the training certification program or Peer Specialist integration. Or anything else at all?

Interviewee: No ma’am, I think that is it.

Interviewer: We just need a mailing address for the gift cards.
