In order for any program to be implemented with minimal issues, having an organized plan is key. A timeline is a great place to start for creating an organized plan because it sets the guidelines for each step and determines when each step will be completed. An organizational chart will show the staff that is needed to make the program successful, and will define which people are responsible. Lastly, extramural funds may be needed in order for a program to be implemented. Identifying where outside sources of funding may come from may be beneficial for programs that are costly to implement and run.
