On 02/04/16, the Madison’s teacher became concerned that she may have taken something after she was witnessed staggering, not alert, and unable to focus. The reporter stated when she spoke with the child; she disclosed that she’d taken three Clonidine that’s prescribed to her. Ms. Graves is unsure what her prescribed dosage is. The reporter stated after examining the child, she had cuts on her abdomen, left arm, and thighs. Madison told the reporter that she feels alone and wants to hurt herself. Ms. Graves stated that the child’s grandparents were contacted and they in route to pick her up from school; they are bringing her medication bottle with them. The reporter stated Mr. and Mrs. Graham was unaware Madison had taken too much medication
