Planning and organizing skills are one of the main leadership skills, it is connected to skills like communication and motivation in order to create an effective leader.
Leaders need to develop a vision of the future while they establish the operating direction. Communication and inspiration are needed for presenting the vision and overcoming hurdles.
In order to build mutually clear expectations, leaders should know exactly what they expect to have and where they need expectations.
