When I observed how Mrs. Laura managed her classroom, I realized she was able to address the problem on a more theoretical level because she showed that she cared about the children and their feelings. She worked on finding the cause of the behavior and figuring out how to fix it. She was able to build that teacher-student relationship with her students.
