Burton Small Business Encyclopedia talks about sexual harassment and the EEOC. However, lawful authorities caution business that sexual harassment can have many margins. For instance, blasphemy or offensive behavior that is gender-specific may create a hostile work environment.

small businesses are mainly vulnerable to sexual harassment in the workplace. Unlike large cooperation small business doesn’t have human resource professionals on staff who know the laws and put policies in place or they don’t give proper training for employees about sexual harassment.

Also business can establish internal measures to address issues and follow carefully, train and educate employee, manager and supervisors about sexual harassment.

Morgan explains in Sexual harassment in workplace encyclopedia that sexual harassment was added to the list of work related discrimination. Also goes in detail explaining that legally speaking, there are four types of sexual harassment: (1) quid pro quo, (2) paramour favoritism, (3) hostile environment harassment, and (4) retaliation. The information provided goes more into detail explaining the 4 type of legally stablished sexual harassment. This information compare to the other resources is also very a like it talks about the same issue but at some points give a better detail. All the sources have very relevant information on what sexual harassment is and explains types and give examples which has help us to have a better understanding on sexual harassment at the work place.
