On the other hand, if Cimorene hadn’t fled, her life would have already been established for her and she would be happy and carefree. All of Cimorene’ childhood, she was provided with a huge castle, fancy classes, and a perfect life set for her. Although she had what every girl would want, she was indifferent about all the things that were expected of her. All Cimorene did was act petty and not obtain the great life she was bound to have. Her parents and sisters did not expect her to be perfect and the same as them, but they did the best they could to furnish her with all of the needs of being royalty. All in all, by Cimorene ignoring the social norms of being royalty she was not only letting down her future but her family as well.
