“Stress” says there are at least three different types of stress, routine stress, stress brought on by means of a sudden negative change, and traumatic stress. The term stress derives from the Latin word “stringere”. Different people may sense stress in different ways, some people may feel experiences in their digestive systems, while some might have headaches, or become depressed. It is said the main reasons for stress is the tremendous cost of living that we have today. There are different types of stress, different symptoms of stress, and different ways to treat stress.

This is the stress that wears people down day after day or year after year. They symptoms to this is common to acute stress, except for the long-term effect it can cause. Chronic stress can destroy people’s bodies, their minds, and their lives. This is the kind of stress that happens during unhappy marriage, or unhappy career and job. Dysfunctional family, poverty, and it is the never-ending troubles that people have that cause this kind of stress. Chronic stress can appear when someone cannot see the way out of a horrible situation. “Stress Symptoms, Signs, and Causes” states that another way to gain chronic stress is from an early childhood experience that is traumatizing. Laughter is one of the best natural medicines, making yourself happy and releasing feel-good hormones such as dopamine. Relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation, and deep breathing also help fight stress response. When using these techniques everyday it adds a boost of joy in your life. These also increases your ability to stay calm and collected under pressure. Also, food can improve or worsen your mood, eating a diet full of sugar, carbohydrates, and processed food can wear your symptoms of stress. “Stress” elaborates that coca and chocolate may not be the healthiest thing, but it is said that they are rich in antioxidants, which is known to reduce stress levels.
