Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) is a condition in which your nerves do not work as they should. When you have this condition:
You may feel less sensation than before.
You may have unusual sensations.
Your muscles may not work normally.
CIDP occur along with a blood disorder or another condition, such as diabetes, HIV, hepatitis B or C infection, Waldenstrom’s macroglobulinemia, multiple myeloma, and osteosclerotic myeloma.
