Choosing Macaroni And Cheese In The United States

Since the beginning of the thirteenth century with the creation of lasagna sheets and fermented cheese, humanity has had a craving for macaroni and cheese. More than eight centuries later, macaroni and cheese has become a household item, although now it is referred to using a simplified form: mac and cheese. The United States is very familiar with mac and cheese. Not only has it remained on the top ten list of comfort foods for the past decade, approximately one third of the U. S. population will eat mac and cheese in any twelve-week period (“Just For Fun”). Mac and cheese remains of high popularity to this day due to their fast cook time and delicious taste, and boxes are always available to purchase for those that cannot subside their cravings. To begin making macaroni and cheese, one must first purchase a box. Mac and cheese can be purchased at almost every grocery store, such as Walmart, Albertsons, Smiths, etc. Once arrived at the grocery store, a cheese-lover will follow signs leading to the boxed items aisle. Due to mac and cheese being wildly popular, there will be multiple different brands to choose from. Brands such as Kraft and Great Value have their own different types of mac and cheese, such as but not limited to thick and creamy, deluxe, and original. They are afraid to work with a stove out of fear of starting a fire or burning themselves. Many beginners avoid making mac and cheese mainly out of fear for their safety. This causes them to cook simple foods, such as ramen noodles, but a real cheese-lover would never run and hide from a challenge. They will work for what they want—cheese—and will not give up until they succeed. As long as one follows the steps and proper kitchen and cooking etiquette correctly, their macaroni and cheese will be a success and they will stay
