Per Reporter: The children are placed in facilities more than they are at the family’s home. Rosie provokes the children’s behaviors. Hypothetically, Joshua’s teacher (unknown) sent a picture to Rosie of Joshua throwing away his lunch. To discipline Joshua, Rosie refuse to pack his lunch and wouldn’t give him chocolate milk for the rest of the school year. Rosie stated Joshua didn’t appreciate it. On another occasion, Joshua hurt his arm at school. Instead of consoling Joshua she blamed him the entire ride home from school. By the time they arrived home Joshua became agitated and ran down the driveway. Rosie then contact law enforcement stating that Joshua attempted to run away.
