In this paper some very disturbing details of child and elderly abuse will be discussed and reviewed. The background of these characteristics will also be discussed. No form of abuse against either man, woman, child, or the elderly is tolerated and should be punished according to the law.
This is basically the story of a man and a woman who was arrested in Arizona on Monday, January eighteen,2016 in relations to a devastating case of child abuse. The Arizona police dealt with a serious case of abuse which turned out to be the worst, they have seen many cases of child abuse but, this turned out to be the worst. The baby had been kept in the closet with a waste bag covered with human waste. This is after the baby was crying helplessly. She was ordered around, harassed and given terms on how to stay. The body looked weak and unhealthy. The suspects said that the baby was making noise, and he had to stop her so he can have sex with other people peacefully, the best solution to silence the baby was to hide the baby in the wardrobe. The delicate body of the baby had suffered wounds on her body which seemed very painful seeing that she could not do anything on her own.
Fransico Rios took in Mayra Yomali Solis baby for some weeks, promising to take care of her. The mother was a housekeeper, and worked as a live in. She visited the baby very rarely and assumed the baby was okay. So, Covarrubias took advantage of the situation and started offering the baby for sex to men. The incident where he met a man online.
