With respect to the subject at caption, I 5615 Fleet Chief Petty Officer (FCPO) J Chance conducted an informal interview with 6027 Petty Officer (PO) Robertson R., on 28 November 2016 at about 18:30hrs.The interview was in relation to the distribution of toys at the Coast Guard 2016 Annual Children Christmas Party, to the family and friends of 5821 Chief Petty Officer (CPO) D Bishop. The interview was conducted on behalf of the Command Fleet Chief Petty Officer Dave Byer, who at the moment had other pressing matters.
