Decent Essays
I have selected the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro, Model ZL1 (6.2L V8 Supercharged 6-Speed Manual) as the car to this assignment on. I chose this car in particular because I like how it looks and the want to have one. The operating costs of this specific car is slightly higher compared to other vehicles you would normally see on the road. The 5th year operating costs is $79,439 with $26,673 just in the first year. Apart from the operating costs, it will cost approximately $1110 a month on a 60 month loan to pay this car off. The Camaro ZL1 has $12,833 of accumulated depreciation in the first year,

The first camaro went for sale in 1966 and came out in 1967 known as the 1967 camaro z28, It was designed for a competing car to the ford mustang. The first generation camaros came out from 1966-1981. Back in the 70’s when dirt track racing was starting to get big they would typically use camaros and novas for race cars. If some of you have seen today’s camaros from the older ones they don’t look anything alike the older ones to me i like better because of the looks they are made stronger and more durable the newer ones are made of fiberglass and plastic they would end up being crushed in a car accident although the frames from the camaro are made from aluminium so they are a lot lighter than the older ones they just don’t have that muscle…
