Have you ever known someone with cancer? No matter who the person is, it is hard for them to go through cancer. If they are tall or short, skinny or not, muscular or weak, it is still hard for them. Having to go through chemotherapy, to get rid of the cancer, and not knowing if it will actually get rid of the cancer. Losing their hair in the process of getting chemotherapy. There should be a cure for Leukemia and every other cancer. Imagine you are in a hospital all day hooked up to tubes trying to get rid of your cancer. Having to take chemotherapy, which gives you a nasty taste. But it’s either that or death. While paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for chemotherapy to get rid of your cancer, which you never wanted in the first place.

There are over a dozen different types of leukemia. 3 There are four most common types of leukemia. 4 One type of leukemia is called Acute Myeloid leukemia. This is caused when your bone marrow produces unhealthy red blood cells called myeloblasts or platelets. Another type of leukemia is Chronic Myeloid leukemia which is the exact opposite of Acute Myeloid leukemia. Except in this cancer is makes too many unhealthy white bloods cells. 4 Thirdly is Acute Lymphocytic leukemia. This cancer is caused when abnormal white blood cells accumulate in the bone marrow. Lastly of the four most common is Chronic Lymphocytic leukemia. This is a cancer that starts in the lymphocytes in the bone marrow and extends into the blood. For all these four types of leukemia, every single one you have to have a different kind of chemotherapy. I wouldn’t want any of these cancers. No one deserves to have cancer and to fight through all of the pain that cancer brings you. Hopefully there will be a cure found. 4 All of these are just from one type of cancer. There are tons of different types of cancers out there in the world with someone fighting through it
