2. How did your actual score on this exam compare to the score you expected? How do you explain the difference, if any? The actual score on the exam was lower than what I expected. I feel as though there were numerous factors that contributed to this. First, I feel as though this was due to the fact that I feel as though the material taught in lecture teaches us concepts which I understand but not how to apply the material which is the majority of the exam. Set a goal to get a certain percentage correct on the next exam. Consider what you found to be effective from your study for this exam. What specific study strategies – before and during the exam – and schedule will enable you to earn that score? My goal percentage for the next test is an 75%. In regards to studying for this exam, doing practice problems in the back of the book that were helpful in the first exam and take notes from the book which if found helpful from exam 2. In regards to study strategies I need to start finding more ways to practice such as going to TiLT to get practice problems or use Chem with Ray to get more specialized practice. Also, I need to watch lectures of other instructors to get another perspective on the material. I also need to dedicate at least 20 minutes a night reviewing material in chemistry so that I am constantly studying and reviewing which will aid in my retention of material and understanding of my weaknesses, then the week of the exam work on my weaknesses for about an hour a
