Children’s books are used in many ways for instance Llama Llama Time to Share lets the reader know right from the title that this book displays an explicit theme about sharing which was the author’s primary reason for writing it. First the story needs to relate to the age group, representing a believable scenario, since there has been many changes over the years the topics for the older readers has also changed. The teenage, and young adult books are relating to premarital sex, alcoholism, abortion, pregnancy, and illness. The themes need to be dealt with sensitivity and cause the reader to care about the protagonist’s problem, while showing the truths about it and the conflicts that emanate from it.
