This ted video by Charles Leadbetter is all about getting the facts, about innovation in terms of figures, focusing on simplistic approaches for creativity and comparing previous traditional approaches. Mr. Leadbetter has described innovation as consumer driven approach in the current era of internet and has defined very well the variety of styles between in traditional corporate innovation and consumer-oriented innovation. He emphasizes that consumers know more than the mainstream producers about what's going on in real life and needs of users. This gives rise to the extent of creativity which was pretty low before 10 years from now, but as we are in the information age and in an online world, people are better equipped with all tools which help them to create …show more content…
"Jack ma" launched this wholesale and trading website and it’s went on to creating one of biggest IPO in history. Before this happened "Ma" was an ordinary person. He failed his college exam twice, and was not given job and one time he went to KFC for a job and got rejected there. Now he has estimated 8% stake in alibaba.com (Links to an external site.) which comes to $25 Billion. This is a true example of innovation achievement by the normal person and is a true motivation to all upcoming internet entrepreneurs.

Many of entrepreneurs have a notion today that they need to be a coding genius or a silicon valley professional to innovate something. Every now and then with these examples in real life, it's proved that entrepreneurs don't need to be programmers or hackers to generate simple ideas.

In summary, innovation extent has grown very much in a couple of decades and every person is an innovator now who can generate ideas. The world has become connected to the internet, everybody respects and shows interest to invest if an individual has simplest creative ideas. This is a true age for
